Shipping Provider
We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries within South Africa.

Shipping Option
All orders are shipped using The Courier Guy Economy service. This is a reliable and cost-effective option that typically delivers within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Please note that The Courier Guy charges according to the weight and size (volumetric weight) of the package. Because of this, shipping is not a fixed flat rate.

  • For a single small item, the shipping fee is approximately R200.
  • If you order more than one item, or larger/heavier products, the shipping cost will increase accordingly.
  • The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your packed order.

We recommend keeping your order as compact as possible to help minimise shipping costs.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Time

  • Once collected by The Courier Guy, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
  • Remote areas, smaller towns, and outlying regions may take slightly longer.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

International Buyers We welcome international orders. However, please note the following:

  • You (the customer) will be fully responsible for all international courier costs.
  • You will also be liable for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
  • We are unable to estimate these costs for you, as they vary depending on your country and the value of the goods.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy. You can track your parcel directly on The Courier Guy’s website.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual packed weight and size of your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and includes a valid contact number.
